For an energetic and innovative digital marketing individual, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing software company based in London, that mainly specialise in the legal & accounting sectors. This is a newly created role where, as a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for areas such as our social media channels, websites, generating marketing content in text/image and video formats, along with helping the sales team generate new business through campaigns & advertising.
The ideal candidate will be someone that wants a career in marketing and has excellent verbal & written English. They will need to be very active in social media, have design skills and preferably have some knowledge of mailing software. Those that have worked with Wordpress, Adobe Creative Cloud and Mailchimp will be at an advantage.
Over half you time will be spent focused on our Hubshare product. Hubshare is a secure file sharing & extranet platform that is developed in house, and this role is key to expanding the reach of this solution to other markets and countries, whilst growing the business in 2019 and beyond. The rest of your time will be spent working with the Nikec Solutions part of the business, promoting the business and maintaining its brand.

Specifics to your role
·Reports directly to the VP of Global Sales .
·This role is office based in our London office, but working on a global scale.
·Help create and maintain a marketing plan for the Hubshare product. Promote the brand in the legal sector globally and promote to new markets.
·Constantly maintain and promote the Nikec Solutions brand to the legal sector, through the products we resell.
·Provide and update content on the websites and all social media channels.
·In charge of producing/writing PR and Case studies for all solutions in each region.
·In charge of producing a quarterly newsletter for our clients.
·In charge of producing an internal monthly newsletter for our staff on the latest marketing initiatives.
·Host monthly marketing meetings for the global sales and management teams to give a review and preview of the marketing activity, sharing collateral and event information.
·In charge of organising marketing collateral for events Nikec Solutions & Hubshare attend, liaising with the office administrator to help manage the logistics of each event we attend
·Attend events where required. Travel may be required.
·Keeping our partners up to date with our latest marketing and help organise joint events with partners.
·Help source marketing give aways.
·Assist the sales team with monthly mailers and webinars.
·Assist the account manager with their annual client reports.
·Monitor social media (twitter, linkedin, blogs etc) for any potential leads or marketing information that would be useful to the sales teams.
·Help bring new partners on board and aid the setup of a new partner with all the information they need from technical through to sales & marketing
·Quarterly appraisal with the VP of Global Sales manager to review results and objectives and set new marketing strategies.
·Attend weekly marketing meetings with manager (usually on a Monday) to report activity of previous week and plans for the coming weeks.
·Attend yearly sales conference with the global sales and marketing team (travel required)
