Researchers will work alongside their team of experienced consultants, you will learn that Executive Search is not solely centred on filling placements but focuses on building long term relationships with both candidates and clients, generating a level of trust that enables you to offer objective advice and deliver the best solution to all parties.

Graduate Researchers will work in partnership with the senior management team to assist in mapping out financial markets and thus becoming experts in a given area. You will be able to use this knowledge to assist the team in obtaining mandates from clients and building out a comprehensive specialism.

As your time and experience increases, you will be encouraged to take additional responsibilities, from executing searches to generating new clients and mandates within your own dedicated area. Throughout this process you will be continually supported by your team who actively encourage and assist with your career progression.
