Our clients is looking for a Graduate Executive Search Researcher to join their hardworking team. They are looking for a graduate that is productive and proactive, you will be a lot of freedom from the start so you will need to be highly proactivity to generate new candidate and research the ever-changing market. A genuine interest in the financial world is important, the curiosity to understand the motivation of companies and individuals. A Graduate Researcher must be organised and able to multitask. You will be working on multiple projects and will be responsible for a number of candidates, helping them through the numerous interview processes.

The duties of a Graduate Executive Search Research include:

  • Conducting extensive and detailed research into clients, candidate and the wider market.
  • Finding potential candidates to match with client’s roles, using various methods such as the client’s database, Linkedin and referrals.
  • Meeting potential candidates, assessing their experience, skills and fit for potential clients
  • Market and talent mapping & analysis
  • Arranging interviews and managing the interview process, giving advice and guidance to your candidates
