£24,000 - £26,000 + Bonus

Our client is global executive search firm with a focus on IT and Cyber security. They specialise in placing top professionals from around the world into some of the largest IT companies across the globe.

Our client offers recent graduates with excellent research skills the chance to work in a close knit team within a friendly and supportive working environment. You will get the freedom to do your own research and present your findings from the start. New Research Consultants will receive hands-on training and guidance from senior consultants to ensure you knowledge and skills to be an effective researcher.

As your time and experience increases, you will be encouraged to take additional responsibilities, from executing searches to generating new clients and mandates within your own dedicated area. Throughout this process you will be continually supported by your team who actively encourage and assist with your career progression.

The role of an executive search researcher is

  • Identifying new candidates using a variety of methods, including utilising both internal knowledge and networks and sourcing external contacts
  • Arranging and attending client progress report discussions with the senior members of the team
  • Tracking market, client, and candidate developments in a targeted manner and proactively providing insights on industry trends and key clients
  • Providing synthesised analysis of markets, competitors and compensation
  • Building strong and lasting relationships with clients, candidates and contacts

An executive Search Researcher in the financial sector you will need:

  • A Strong Interest in business, finance and current affairs
  • Excellent research skill, a natural curiosity and highly detail-oriented
  • To be great team player whilst also being ambitious and driven
  • Strong interpersonal skills and personal credibility
  • An interest in IT
  • A 2:1 or above degree from a Russel Group University
