The Company

We have an exciting opportunity available with one of our clients. Established 10 years ago, the company was founded on the simple, but rarely adopted premise of treating staff well and rewarding employees for their hard work and tenacity on the job. 10 years on, and the company is 150+ members strong and has been awarded one of the ‘Top 40 Best Companies to Work for’ for the last 6 years in a row and is in the ‘Top 50 fastest growing companies in the UK of 2017’! The company prides itself on putting its staff at the forefront of its intentions and therefore offer its employees a 40% ownership of the company. This creates an inclusive team of recruiters and means that all staff can benefit from the company’s overall success. The staff are a close group of people and enjoy many social activities; spanning from a company football team to taking annual skiing trips to the Alps.

The Role

You will be working in the Interim Management Division placing C-Suit professionals on an Interim basis. It is essentially Executive search but placing people on contracts.

It is highly lucrative and my client makes £4000-£6000 profit out of the average Interim per month. It is faster paced than Executive search as there is often urgency to find talent quickly.

The team of 8 works alongside the executive search division helping to place and headhunt highly experienced and respected individuals in the world of business, including; CEOs, CIOs, CDOs, CFOs, CMOs and NEDs. The role offers a competitive salary including OTE of £40-60k in your 1st year, £60-80k in your 2nd year and £100k+ from your 3rd year. This competitive salary is also matched with a clear progression track which gives you, as the employee, opportunities for promotion and pay rises from Day 1. The role also includes intensive training which allows you to develop key skills and attributes, essential for a strong recruiter!

The Benefits

There are many benefits to working for an impressive company like this. Not only does the competitive salary and progression track allow opportunities for you, as a recruiter, to gain skills, responsibility and recognition for your success, but the company also offers external rewards that goes above and beyond that of a regular employer:

  • Quarterly team targets towards team activities - Ascot, water skiing, helicopter trips and holidays
  • Team excursions - Annual ski trip the Alps, West End shows, music festivals
  • Free gym membership, monthly massages and hypnotherapy sessions
  • Mentor programme and wellness coaching
  • Smartphone
  • Daily fruit, birthday cakes
  • Beer and Prosecco Fridays (Every Week)

The Candidate

The ideal candidate to join this team of high performers will be ambitious, driven and money motivated. We are looking for an individual with a university degree and some commercial experience. This experience could be within a sales or recruitment role. Any additional experience working with or communicating with highly esteemed individuals is also a bonus! The strong social aspect of this group is also a key part of the job so an individual who is looking to socialise outside of the office as well as within the work place is preferable. We are looking for someone who is resilient, hardworking and is keen to get stuck in and reap the many rewards and benefits that being a top-class consultant has to offer. The high basic salary and earning potential reflects the calibre of candidate they are looking for.
