Fever-Tree Off Trade National Sales Executive

The business continues to grow at an exciting pace and we are now looking to recruit a hardworking and passionate candidate, to join our exciting fast paced team as Off Trade National Sales Executive. Based at the head offices in West London, the successful candidate will be working as part of our Off Trade Sales team, alongside two existing National Account Executives. This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the UKs hottest brands, and the chance to be part of a small and determined team who are striving for growth.

The role

  • Ensure admin excellence and provide timely and accurate data reporting on key accounts such as Sainsburys, Tesco and Waitrose to name a few.
  • Manage existing customer relationships within the deli/farm shop channel and prestigious accounts such as Harvey Nichols, and F&M. You will have the opportunity to create and implement a strategy on how to best grow and deliver in these channels. 
  • Work closely with the Customer Marketing Manager to execute customer specific media plans and marketing support within the grocery channel
  • Provide insight into key grocery accounts, by generating and analysing weekly sales data.
  • Bringing the brand to life in-store, by implementing in store activations and building relationships on the ground
  • Using store level data and IRI/Kantar to review the success of past promotions and activations, and provide future recommendations back to management.
  • Monitor competitor behaviour in the market, including activations, new listings within both the spirit and tonic categories.
  • Respond to new trade enquiries, ranging from a customer wanting to find stockists to a potential new wholesaler looking to stock Fever-Tree
  • As is the nature of a fast-growing business, you will have the opportunity to get stuck into other projects in the Fever-Tree sales department.

The person

The successful National Account Executive will have the following:

  • Graduated within the last 2 years, and hold at least a 2:1 degree (or equivalent)
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret both internal and external data
  • An understanding of retail and grocery accounts is preferred but not essential
  • You will be a team player with strong communication skills and able to build relationships both internally and externally, being a self-starter with a positive attitude and the desire to learn is key
