The role:
1. What is the mission for the role?
To assist in the production of transparent, accurate and reliable management information.

2. What are the main responsibilities for this role:
• Management of bank accounts 
• Daily reconciliation 
• Transfer of operational funds to US Outcome 2: 
• Accounts Payable 
• Weekly presentation of aged payables to FM - Preparing weekly payment run 
• Raising of retail invoices 
• Weekly presentation of aged debtors. 
• Maintenance of Open orders and Presentation of debtor statements 
• Tracking upfront payments 
• Creation and maintenance of client account
• Assist with process improvement projects 
• Ad-Hoc Tasks

Skills required:
• Team Player who is willing to roll up their sleeves 
• Good organisation skills 
• Attention to detail 
• Pro-activity

Personal qualities desired:
• Excellent IT Skills including good knowledge of Excel and Word
• Ability to work under pressure 
• Has experience in working with finance software

Entry requirements:
• Five GCSE grades C – A* (or 4-9), including Maths and English

Included in qualification:
  1. Training on the 18+ month Standard Level 3 Assistant Accountant (AAT3) apprenticeship.
  2. Being a WhiteHat apprentice means access to awesome social events, sports teams, insight/career days with other apprentices to grow your network, as well as your own personal Coach who will guide you through the qualification to help you achieve your full potential.
  3. As part of your WhiteHat Apprenticeship, you will have access to our Future Leaders Foundation modules to develop 6 key competencies, underpinned by well-being, self-awareness, motivation, conscientiousness, effectiveness and grit.
What's next:
After your Accounting apprenticeship progress into a full-time role as Junior Finance Assistant, Assistant Accountant, Bookkeeping Assistant, Junior Tax Consultant or Audit Assistant. You can also complete the ACCA qualification into Chartered Accountancy
