Job Description

Your influence in our Financial Management team will directly determine the future of our brands and our whole business. We’re also building ‘Big Data’ expertise, and are looking for graduates to create life-shaping experiences for themselves in this field.

Areas you could go into - 

  • The consumer: Analysing consumer trends on performance
  • Our brands: Building a business case for the launch of the next Ben & Jerry’s flavour
  • The customer: Creating a joint strategy with the world’s biggest retailers
  • The shareholder: Preparing management and financial statements

Our Programme

Over three years, you will take on three stretching placements across our businesses, you may also have the opportunity to work internationally. You’ll gain experience both in financial and management accounting and you’ll be business facing, communicating with key contacts within the brand teams. Your rotations could be based across different sites and you will need to be flexible about where you are based during your time on the scheme.

Your role will be underpinned by studying for your Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) qualification.
