Graduate Triage Analyst

BrightPool are working with one of the worlds’ largest law firms to recruit graduates to carry out an important role within their Legal and Compliance consultancy. Successful candidates will join an outstanding business providing world class regulatory services to their clients.

A comprehensive and structured training programme is available including an induction and accreditation period through face to face and hands on training. Start Dates: 14th & 29th May 2018

Interviews: week beginning 30th April 2018

Rate: £120.00 per day

Duration: 6 Months (potential for the contract to be extended beyond this date)

Commitment to the duration of the contract is expected

Location: Manchester

Please note you will be required to complete on-line aptitude tests prior to the two- stage interview process.

The role will involve working:

  • In a results orientated & quality controlled environment
  • With a high level of accuracy and strict deadlines
  • As part of a larger team to help complete due diligence checks on behalf of a private banking client.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Gathering data
  • Preparing cases for review
  • Building client profiles
  • Creating client holistic client views
  • Research and analysis
  • Data entry

Essential Criteria

  • Associates should be degree qualified (2:1 desirable) or other relevant work experience.
  • Ability to understand the value in providing excellent customer service, and achieving the right outcomes
  • Desire to attain and maintain targets in relation to both levels of productivity and quality
  • A strong work ethic and ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to take ownership of workload in a time pressured environment
  • Strong literacy, numeracy and communication skills.
  • Previous experience using Microsoft Office, in particular Word & Excel
  • Professionalism, empathy and integrity.

Desirable:

  • Experience of working within an office environment
  • Experience of dealing with customers in a regulated environment
  • Understanding of financial services
