Ever wondered why a website is laid out in a certain way? Or why a call to action button is on the left-hand side, instead of the right? Then the Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) team is looking for inquisitive people just like you.
The CRO team is responsible for experimenting, testing and improving all of MVF's websites. From thinking of new layout ideas, through to deciding which colour a call to action button should be; all of this affects how many conversions we get, and it's your job to find out what works - and what doesn't.Our Role
Early on you'll be responsible for a number of our sites and the revenue that we generate through them. We encourage people to look after these sites like it's their own mini business - you can set the strategy, think of new ideas to test and run the experiments yourself. You'll then use these results to make business savvy decisions.
Through training, we will give you the skills to alter pages yourself whilst also project managing our internal Tech team on more technical tasks.
In the past, we've created World Cup themed landing pages for the 30+ countries we operate within, a Chinese New Year themed landing page and we've got loads more ideas up our sleeve.
In CRO, you are responsible for testing pages that generate millions of visitors every month.
