Graduate Digital Marketing Executive

MVF is a global customer generation business supplying some of the world’s leading brands with high volumes of new customers in over 120 countries. In 2013, MVF topped the Sunday Times Tech Track as the fastest growing tech company in the UK, and this year was also named the business with the 50th fastest growing profits in the UK. This is the third year that MVF has also been ranked in the top ten places to work in the UK by the Sunday Times Best Companies list.

We are on a mission to accelerate our clients’ growth by building the world’s most effective marketing platform through a passion for data, relentless innovation and the development of world class teams. We want you to help get us there!

Company culture is very important to us, and that is why we were voted in the top 6 places to work in the Sunday Times Best Companies List 2017, and why we are constantly looking for ways to make MVF an even better place to work. People join us to change the industry, work with world-class talent, develop their careers and become part of our remarkable culture.

Do you want the freedom to create world class content? Become outstanding at analysing data? Or put that commercial mind to good use?Our Team

Ever wondered why a website is laid out in a certain way? Or why a call to action button is on the left-hand side, instead of the right? Then the Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) team is looking for inquisitive people just like you.

The CRO team is responsible for experimenting, testing and improving all of MVF's websites. From thinking of new layout ideas, through to deciding which colour a call to action button should be; all of this affects how many conversions we get, and it's your job to find out what works - and what doesn't.

Our Role

Early on you'll be responsible for a number of our sites and the revenue that we generate through them. We encourage people to look after these sites like it's their own mini business - you can set the strategy, think of new ideas to test and run the experiments yourself. You'll then use these results to make business savvy decisions.

Through training, we will give you the skills to alter pages yourself whilst also project managing our internal Tech team on more technical tasks.

In the past, we've created World Cup themed landing pages for the 30+ countries we operate within, a Chinese New Year themed landing page and we've got loads more ideas up our sleeve.

In CRO, you are responsible for testing pages that generate millions of visitors every month.
