We're currently recruiting for our Finance/Risk pathway to join us for our 2019 Graduate Scheme. To be considered you should have or be expecting a minimum of a 2:1 degree in a highly numerate degree subject. We offer a unique 2 year rotational programme, in which you will gain experience across four specialist departments at Together, which dependent on business need include:

  • Treasury; 
  • Group Risk; 
  • Audit; 
  • Financial Planning & Analysis; 
  • Asset & Liquidity Management; 
  • Financial Reporting.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum achievement or expectation of a 2:1 degree in a highly numerate degree subject; 
  • Graduation in 2018 or due 2019; 
  • An interest and enthusiasm to work in the Financial Services industry; 
  • The drive and passion to succeed in a growing and ambitious business; 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an innovative and resourceful approach.

Our selection process consists of three stages; an in-depth telephone interview, a full day assessment centre, and social evening which runs from 17:30pm. Please consider if you would be able to commit to this process for a company based in South Manchester before making your application.
