From Day 1, you will be assigned a Learning & Development Manager and you will be enrolled onto our rigorous 10-Week Graduate Program. From there, you will receive the keys to business mastery through dedicated weekly workshops and top-level exposure.
Each Headhunter manages their own business sourcing candidates and managing clients globally. This means we encourage consultants to attend meetings across UK, Europe and even USA. We see Pangea as an excellent vehicle to increase wealth, business mastery and achieve life-changing opportunities very quickly. The growth opportunities are excellent - top performers can reach Manager in under 3 years and Director before the age of 30. For example, one of our graduates with just 24 months experience earned over £100K in the last 12 months at 23.
