Graduate Marketing Executive - Partners & PR

The Team:

We’re a small team of hard-working and conscientious individuals. We are all highly motivated and work together to support each other to ensure we continue to put on high-quality events. Due to the nature of the team, you will be given a lot of responsibility from day one but we’ll be there to help guide you when needed!


The Role:

The role will grow and develop, as will your knowledge and experience, with the potential to experience other roles within the business, but to start with you will lead Media Partners, Press & Social Media:


  • Researching and managing new marketing opportunities including Media Partnerships

  • Manage social media channels such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+, Facebook, and Reddit to facilitate discussions and engage communities

  • Creation and management of marketing materials including text content, images, blogs, press releases and more

  • Sourcing and liaising with Press & Media to ensure adequate coverage and exposure before, during and after events

  • Attend events to support with live social media commentary and to act as Press Liaison

  • Planning and coordination of event marketing, both offline and digital activity, maximising impact and ensuring all activities fit with the RE•WORK brand

  • Develop and manage competitions, polls and campaigns that promote our events

  • Implementing your own ideas and activities to drive website traffic, event registrations and brand visibility



You:

We’re looking for a positive, outgoing and confident individual with a strong work ethic, excellent organisation skills and a real interest to develop their career:


Essential:

  • A hardworking and ambitious 2:1 or higher graduate

  • A keen and passionate user of social media with an understanding of upcoming social platforms and confidence in managing organic and paid-for promotion campaigns across multiple channels

  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills - A keen eye for detail, grammar and spelling!

  • Confidence and professionalism to liaise with high-level speakers, press and partners

  • Able to work under pressure and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities

  • Drive and self-motivation are key to play your part in a small, fast-growing company

  • Initiative to share and implement ideas


Desired:

  • Ability to create promotional images using InDesign/Photoshop/Canva 

  • Ability to create and edit video content

  • Experience in marketing, partnerships, social media and events
