Recruitment Consultant – Graduate Recruitment Scheme (£25k - £30k)

Our client open their doors in 1989 and have become the marketing leading executive search firm. They focus on retained search mandates, contingency jobs and temporary, contract and interim appointments. Headquarters are based in London, City of London but they have a strong global presence as well with offices in UK, Switzerland and Australia.

The role of a Recruitment Consultant:

Graduates will undertake a comprehensive training program for the first few months to ensure that they are provided with the necessary foundation to do their job effectively. Potential graduates should apply themselves and show really attributes such as motivation, ambition and resilience. The basic salary will be £25,000 basic salary. 2nd jobbers will be considered for the role but need sales experience: B2B Sales, Telesales, Field Sales and Consultant Sales

What we look for in a Recruitment Consultant:

·Self-motivated, Enthusiastic, Dedicated and Ambitious graduates

·Confident Communication Skills – able to listen, absorb, adapt and respond accordingly to varied personalities and situations

·Strong academic record – Degree class 2.1 or above. From top 30 university

·A-level grades A-B

·Ideally have some sales experience but not essential

·Ability/Desire to work in London, City of London

·Want a career in Financial Recruitment

Progression Plan:

·In 12-18 months, you’ll be able to confidently graduate to a researcher position, before becoming a permanent 360 consultant!
