Your weekly duties will include:
- Prospecting current clients to generate new business. This is a very warm role as you start off only dealing with current clients.
- Going on client meetings from day one and selling to them. Your new companies main client base is recruitment bussinesses. How do you sell to recruitment companies? Go wine and dine them, take them to events, socialise with them!
- Researching possible clients and understanding their business requirements so you can find areas to upsell.
My client have created a graduate scheme that has a strong structure in place to allow you to grow through the business.
The progression is as follows >
> Client Delivery Executive / Business Development Executive
> Account Manager / Business Development Manager
> Business Development Director / Key Account Manager / Team Leader
> Regional Sales Director / Account Director / Sales Manager
What you get:
