How you’ll develop
You’ll focus day to day on building your skills in your specialist area. But you'll also benefit from a rich IT induction that introduces you to all areas of IT and how they work together. And you’ll tackle a 'mini-project' with other IT graduates, taking on a real problem, sharpening your emerging technical skills, and gaining vital communication, planning and stakeholder management experience.
Who we’re looking for
An IT degree isn’t necessary as long as you bring us a 2:1, 260 UCAS points from three A levels or equivalent (excluding General Studies), and sound reasoning and problem-solving skills. Above all, we’ll look for a strong interest in business and technology. Communication and teamworking skills are vital too as, even in purely technical roles, you'll rarely work alone.
