Where necessary, we will send you on external courses in ITIL, Prince2 and Microsoft, CIMA, CIM as well as on the job and internal training. You will be given real responsibility as part of our graduate programme and will be contributing to the business from day one.

We have graduate trainees located in both our Reading and City of London offices.
All graduates are hired on permanent contracts into a rotational program which will run for 12 months.
Although we offer a full graduate training experience, all our graduates and interns are filling real roles throughout their rotation in different departments. During the recruitment process we work closely with each shortlisted applicant to understand their career aspirations and identify key strengths to help develop their skills.
Following a one week induction program, graduates are then integrated into their department for their first rotation through ‘meet and greets’ as well as training on the role. This will be delivered by internal and external providers, through classroom sessions, online and 'on the job'. There will be an opportunity to study for professional qualifications, where appropriate.
We are committed to employee engagement from the very start of each employee's career journey. To enhance this, each graduate has a dedicated manager and mentor who are committed to their development. These people, along with the HR team, provide support through weekly and monthly 1-2-1 meetings, as well as regular performance appraisals.
