Position Summary

We are looking to exceptional 2018 graduates who are interested in pursuing a career in international recruitment.

Please note we are only considering applications from Graduates who are fluent in English with at fluency in at least one further European language from the following: German, French, Dutch, Czech, Spanish, Italian, Russian.

Upon hire, new members of our Talent Acquisition Programme will complete an eight-week Talent Academy programme. During this programme, you will benefit from a structured classroom, simulation and experiential learning schedule with modules focusing on:

  • End-to-end recruitment process
  • Candidate and client engagement
  • Relationship-building skills
  • How to utilise the best recruitment tools and technologies
  • Communication, advisory and consultation skills

After the training program, you will be assigned to one of our Futurestep client teams within either RPO, Projects or Search, providing you with a unique opportunity to master a specialist area of our exciting business.

Within 12-24 months, Talent Academy graduates may have an opportunity to relocate to support one of our existing client teams either from a Korn Ferry office or an RPO client site (based on business needs).

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate and/or Postgraduate degree from an accredited University with a minimum 2.2 requirement (or equivalent)
  • Written and verbal fluency in English plus in an additional European language (German, French, Dutch, Czech, Russian, Spanish or Italian)
  • Must have graduated within the Class of 2018
  • Able to commit to an 8-week Talent Academy programme in Manchester
  • Following Talent Academy completion you must be willing to work in one of our key locations such as London or Manchester, or within one of our Germany offices (Berlin / Dusseldorf / Frankfurt / Hamburg)
  • Willingness and ability to relocate to one of our regional offices or client sites within 12-24 months of programme completion based on business needs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivation and excellent time management skills
  • Quality focus and ability to drive continuous improvement
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Creative and innovative approach to solving client problems
