People (HR) Graduate Programme

What do graduates in the People Team do?

  • Work as part of our high performing, global People team to support 2500 talented Just Eaters from across the globe.
  • Use world leading people systems and technology to leverage data that helps us make better business decisions.
  • Play an influential role in shaping a unique cultural experience for all of our employees.

People underpin everything we do at Just Eat and we know that it is our super talented employees that have made Just Eat the success it is today. Just Eat’s People team are responsible for making sure that all Just Eaters have the best possible employee experience, starting from the way we attract and hire people, to the way we manage, develop, engage and retain. The team is made up of smaller sub teams across the globe, all working together to deliver our big strategic objective of ‘Creating the World’s Greatest Talent’.

What happens here in the People team?

As a Just Eat People Graduate, you’ll get involved in lots of high impact projects that expose you to our International business. You’ll spend time in our People Systems, Operations and Reward teams working with Subject Matter Experts to gain a breadth of knowledge and experience, all whilst getting CIPD certified! We’re looking for people who care deeply about what they do, are eager to learn and love using data to make a real difference.

Whats on offer to you?

On the job learning: We take great pride in knowing that we have a hugely talented team of people working at Just Eat and you’ll get to work with Subject Matter Experts throughout your programme. They’ll be with you every step of the way, sharing their knowledge and experiences as well as exposing you to plenty of on the job learning opportunities.

Business projects: You'll help us in our bid to 'create the world's greatest food community' by being part of and leading exciting, high pace business projects from day one. And you'll get to collaborate with people from all over the business, gaining a breadth of new experiences and knowledge along the way.

Future leaders development programme: As well as the incredible day job, you'll participate in an 18 month Development Programme focused on building the professional skills you'll need to become a future leader at Just Eat. It will stretch and challenge you in so many ways and once it's over, you'll look back in amazement at what you've achieved.
