What you’ll be doing
Over two years, you’ll gain the experience and insight you need to run a busy store on the frontline. That will mean working with different store teams and learning all about our operations, systems and procedures. It will involve you getting stuck into new challenges and going beyond the 9-5. It will also see you moving up quickly – from new starter to running your own team to doing a senior manager role. Our structured reviews will guide your progress and help you become a future store manager.
What you’ll need to join us
Our colleagues ‘Make Morrisons’. You’ll be no exception. So you’ll need to be a great listener, communicator and people person, whether you’re leading and inspiring diverse teams or sharing your passion for food with customers and colleagues. Retail management is not for everyone. It involves early starts, late finishes and working some weekends and bank holidays. That’s why we look for people who are resilient and self-motivated, and who aren’t afraid to get stuck in. We’ll expect you to move around the country growing your skills in different stores – so a full UK driving licence is a must. You’ll also need a minimum 2:2 degree.To find out more, visit our wesbite.
