The two year Facilities programme will provide you with the opportunity to master both technical and leadership skills. The scheme involves various placements each lasting between three and six months inside of the UK at our various Safran Sites.

The successful graduate will support Safran Landing Systems in the maintenance and management of compliance within the Facilities and Site Services departments. This will lead into exposure to various aspects of the organisation from managing projects, planning, costings, regulatory requirements, both internal and external audit requirements, supplier management, energy management, modifying and optimising current processes and continuous improvement that deliver a high quality and cost effective service to our customers.

This role will suit Graduates who are innovative, enjoy problem solving, enjoy interacting with a range of people and are keen to make a difference within an aerospace organisation.
