This a 2 month internship with the view to go permanent. Salary: £18-22K

How you can expect to spend your day:

  • Generate and/or qualify sales leads within a prescribed geographic territory and designated accounts via telephone, email, and social marketing
  • Provide marketing materials on company products and services to qualified prospects
  • Ensure high responsiveness and attention to all qualified requests;
  • Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to assist in the follow-up activities related to specific marketing campaigns and webinars
  • Convert incoming leads into qualified customer engagements for the field sales team to work to closure
  • Track interactions/activities to-date and recommendations for next stage
  • Help develop efficient use of salesforce.com and the appropriate automation of process
  • KPI - Getting quality leads, engage with them and schedule meetings

The ideal intern’s personality and qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and technical background that enables them to successfully manage a high volume of leads, the confidence and insights to interact with senior-level decision makers in a variety of industries and quickly learn our platform, roadmap, and competitive landscape. He/she should also be a self-starter who able to work hard, independently.

  • Minimum 1 year of B2B solution sales experience, new business acquisition
  • Technology and/or SaaS sales experience preferred
  • Capacity to interact and communicate effectively with internal and external clients
  • Bachelors degree preferable
  • Highly motivated individual who can work without continuous supervision and be responsible of all aspects of business in his/her territory
  • Excellent business English. Dutch or Dutch or a Scandinavian language would be advantageous
  • There is no travel expected for this role
