You will complete a comprehensive training and induction programme which will get you up to speed with our markets, our software and our clients. Once this is completed, you will be involved in:

  • Acting as a point of contact for assigned clients to ensure they derive the greatest possible value from the use of our software.
  • Providing business critical second line technical support to our clients, who are high profile financial institutions, utilities and funds.
  • Planning, configuring, installing and rolling out advanced internet-based exchanges that run on Microsoft Windows platforms.
  • Ensuring that all requests are carried out in a professional, disciplined, efficient and process-oriented manner.
  • Providing technical consultancy to our clients in areas like product configuration and training.
  • Contributing actively to internal projects and company initiatives as well as helping to evolve the teams processes and policies.

Ideally you’d have a degree in either Business Information Systems, Maths, Physics, Computer Science or if you didn’t be able to demonstrate knowledge of technology. If you’re keen to find out more, please forward your CV to discuss further.
