Arkesden Partners sources that talent and manages the end to end interview process, working on behalf of the candidates and clients. We find those people through head-hunting, recommendations, and utilising our ever-expanding database. We act as a consultancy too. We provide not just human capital but also market data and trends to our clients on topics ranging from salary and bonus details through to team mapping exercises. The best example of this is our annual Compensation Report (www.arkesden.com/investment-banking) which is seen as one of the industry leading remuneration reports and widely anticipated by Banks and Banking Staff alike. This year the report was read by over fifty thousand members of the Banking and Investments community in Europe alone.

Arkesden Partners is looking to add a Researcher to the team here in London. You will train as a generalist and have an opportunity to work across all sector practices in your first year with us. The role will be for a bright, ambitious and entrepreneurial individual to join the business initially as a Researcher before becoming a Junior Consultant.
The reason for the hire is that the firm is seeing an ongoing pick-up in activity and therefore the workload to service clients is quickly rising. Arkesden is looking to develop new talent across the firm in order to meet its exciting growth plans. We have a long history of successfully hiring graduates from leading institutions. Many of our management team have developed from joining as graduates.
