Junior Marketing Manager - Graduate

The Company

This company are an award winning, on-demand asset inspections startup based in Central London.

Working in multiple industries, from retail and insurance this startup are truly disruptive and growing quickly. Since launching in late 2016, they have already been named a top 100 UK start-up (twice!) and launched operations in over 15 countries across the globe.

Founded in late 2016 by serial entrepreneurs Carl August Ameln, Ben Prouty and Jan Vanhoutte, over the past two years they have grown a team of 17 dynamic and driven professionals. They are also part of the prestigious Founders Factory Accelerator programme which is run by Lastminute.com co-founder Brent Hoberman and backed by the likes of Aviva, L’Oreal, The Guardian Media Group and EasyJet.

Having recently secured VC Series A funding, they are looking to double our team over the next few months in order to support our ambitious growth and international expansion targets. They want the company to be an extremely challenging, but enjoyable and fun place to work, and are looking for talented people to join us at this relatively early stage, and become instrumental in growing the company across the globe.

The Role:

Working closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing you will be an active contributer to all things marketing related, both digital and offline. With particular focus on customer acquisition and retention, your objective will be to ensure Shepper keep moving toward their growth targets with a customer centric approach.

Importantly, they are looking for someone with a true passion for Marketing and a natural curiosity for the startup ecosystem. With a forward thinking approach to marketing, we want someone always looking to improve Marketing processes with

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, track and optimise marketing campaigns across multiple channels & regions e.g. online advertising, e-mail, events, direct mail
  • Create and manage content – social media, PR, thought leadership
  • Create marketing materials – pitch decks, case studies, brochures etc.
  • Manage social media platforms, website & all marketing assets
  • Manage third parties & partnerships
  • Track & optimise marketing analytics/reporting, with a constant focus on CAC, ROI and CLTV
  • Be the brand guardian for the company (website, imagery, copy)

Requirements:

  • A fantastic achedemic record, 2:1 or above from a Top University
  • Excellent project management skills, proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously and successfully
  • Good grasp of basic marketing tools e.g. social media platforms, marketing automation, google analytics, CRM etc.
  • Strong analytical skills, the ability to understand and report on campaign success using data
  • Strong creativity with a visual eye
  • A passion for marketing and the latest trends, techniques and tools
  • Fluency in a Second European Language (Desirable)

Training & Development:
Working in a true startup environment you will be given all of the training you need to be a successful marketeer, on the job. Working alongside the Head of Sales and Marketing you will be encouraged to use your initiative and creative though to help build and report on successful marketing campaigns. Location: London

Salary: £25k – £28k
