We are on a mission to transform Careers Guidance in the UK and abroad. We believe that destinations - where students end up after school - is even more important than their academic performance. Our platform is the one-stop-shop for students to explore their interests, then find and apply for their best next step after school. We make it easy for students to compare tens of thousands of opportunities, everything from degree apprenticeships in the UK to university in Canada. We also support teachers to manage the progression process effectively.

In just six years we have become the market leader, working with over 1,500 secondary schools across the world and lauded by students, teachers, politicians and business leaders. We have a committed and dynamic team of 30, a growing set of products, a very strong reputation in our market, and a rapidly increasing customer base. We are now looking for an enthusiastic and driven Partner Success Lead to support our continued growth.

The role and who we are looking for

We are looking for an efficient and organised person to join us as a Partner Success Lead to help manage our growing number of partners. As the first point of contact the ideal candidate will be confident communicating with a wide range of people. We anticipate that the successful person will be adaptable, creative, and will grow with the company.

As Partner Success Lead you will be responsible for onboarding our new schools and supporting our current partners to make the most of the platform. You will work on varied projects that make us better at working with our large number of partner schools around the world. Described below are some of your main responsibilities:

Partner management

  • Being the first point of contact for enquiries from our existing 1,500+ partners, and prospective partners.
  • Onboarding new schools that join us. You will make sure that they are properly set up on our platform and have a good plan in place so that they and their students can get the most out of the platform.
  • Continually improving our onboarding materials and processes using feedback you get from our partners. 

Partner training and support

  • oraining staff remotely on how to use the platform; this can take a variety of forms, for example a one to one phone call or a webinar with lots of teachers.
  • Maintaining and improving the guides and resources that support teachers to get the most out of Unifrog. This may involve creating new ones from scratch.

Other tasks

  • Leading on and supporting a variety of other projects across other parts of the business during quieter periods.
  • Proactively working to foster a sense of community amongst our Unifrog partners and always thinking about how we can promote the sharing and embedding of Unifrog best practice across our partner schools.
  • Supporting the team with general admin.

  • Normal working hours are 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday.
  • 30 days paid holiday per year; these must be taken during school holidays, plus bank holidays.
