Graduate Scheme – Entry Level Legal Recruitment

This graduate scheme is to work for a Legal Recruitment Consultancy specialising in In-house, Private Practice, Off-Shore and Contract. Our six principal areas of practice are Business Transformation, Energy, Finance, Legal, Life Sciences and Technology.

Working in our Legal Recruitment Graduate Scheme, your responsibilities will include:

·Writing and posting job advertisements

·Identifying and sourcing candidates based on inbound CVs

·Headhunting through platforms such as LinkedIn and Job Boards

·Organising events and assessment days

·Managing campaigns

All we ask from you is that you have an outgoing personality, are driven by commission and your personal goals. In addition to this we ask that you have a degree from a Top 100 UK University (2:2 minimum), strong academics (A’s and B’s at A-Level) and a consistent, relevant working history (e.g. sales, recruitment, customer service, etc.). You must currently be living in London (Greater London) or be willing to relocate. We will also consider candidates who are dedicated and willing to commute to the City of London.

In return we will provide you with:

·An expected basic salary of £24,000 (OTE £30,000+)
