We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and highly organised Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing and Business Development Managers on some very exciting campaigns and projects. As the Marketing Assistant,you will need to be a confident self-starter who is eager to take ownership of your role. At Veran, you'll have the opportunity to do a variety of tasks with a friendly team in an open-office environment. From maintaining our CRM database to coordinating and attending company events, your energetic and outgoing attitude coupled with your desire to keep things incredibly organised and delivering high quality projects will all play a key role in your success.
What you'll be doing (but not limited to):
Supporting and coordinating Veran events: Help with event preparation and act as an ambassador at Veran's events to ensure success, both inside and outside of work hours.
Looking after our myHRcareers network: ensuring that the network constantly grows by bringing new and innovative ideas, managing the on-going myHRcareers events (myHRparty & speed mentoring) and working with key stakeholders to drive new content for the myHRcareers website.
Website management: updating and maintaining the Veran website.You will also look for opportunities to improve and optimise the website for search engines.
Social media marketing: take ownership of all Veran social media channels and running paid social media campaigns to drive engagement and new leads.
Email marketing campaigns:?Support with the administration of email campaigns, improving performance, updating contacts and tracking results to deliver successful campaigns and constantly improve efficiency.
Maintaining CRM database: Input, cleanse & update our strategic database to drive growth, improve engagement and track success of marketing & sales activities.
Support with internal communications and delivering the weekly Veran newsletter.
You’ll also have the opportunity to get creative and help develop visual materials such as videos & Marketing Materials/collateral
