The Role:

BridgeU believe that marketing is essential, guiding potential customers’ first interactions with their company and shaping the way that it is presented to the world. They’re looking for an ambitious, driven person to join their team and help drive engagement and growth.

Responsibilities:

Your role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Writing about education news and covering stories for readers of the BridgeU blog;
  • Contributing ideas to the content calendar;
  • Helping to set up and track marketing campaigns;
  • Working on data visualisations that tell compelling narratives and add value to stories and marketing collateral;
  • Helping to develop and execute social media strategy;
  • Carrying out audience and market research;
  • Collecting data to help analyse marketing campaigns;
  • Regular reporting on performance;
  • And ensuring the overall success of marketing campaigns by being willing to tackle the smallest or biggest jobs - from working on a brand new brochure to sending out 100 mugs to new customers.

Role requirements:

Essential:

  • You have a good degree from a good university
  • You love coming up with new ideas for posts and writing for an online audience
  • You excel at communicating, verbally, visually and in writing
  • You are proactive, organised and super-creative
  • You have a keen eye for the aesthetics of a piece of work
  • Some experience with using content and social media management systems to publish, schedule, and analyse content
  • Some experience with helping to set up and track marketing campaigns using software
  • You are interested and keen to master the latest innovations in storytelling and social
  • Some experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar software
  • You can provide examples of innovation and excellent content creation in your past work

Desired:

  • An interest in the education sector

Training and Development:

There is training given by experienced members of the team and a great progression structure, but your development relies on you. If you work hard and really succeed, you could be a leader of the business.
