The Role:

This is an important role reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will work across all communication projects and work closely with the product managers and Digital Community, across all multiple locations around the world. Additionally, you will have dotted line reporting to business marketing ensuring consistency in all communications across the company.

This role requires a communication specialist who is an adaptable, resourceful, motivated, and multifaceted individual with high emotional intelligence and strong judgment. Experience in launching digital products, exceptional communication skills including writing and editing, and the ability to track and follow through on commitments are a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop communication strategy (internal and external) for both the Digital platform and the products residing on the platform
  • Create promotional assets including website content promoting the capabilities of the tools (i.e. demo videos, website copy and testimonials)
  • Prepare communications to ensure users understand legal and commercial guidelines for the products and platform
  • Creating and preparing updates on rollout plans and metrics for key stakeholders
  • Preparing communications to update the Firm on the latest activity and research from the Digital Watch function

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant product marketing and communication experience
  • Experience working in a professional services firm preferred, with demonstrated exceptional project management and strategic planning experience
  • Business writing and editing skills, across a variety of types of communications (prose, PowerPoint, executive presentations, web copy, video)
  • Highly detail and process-oriented, technology-savvy
  • Strong organisational and communication skills

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000
