What you’ll do

Working closely with the Programme Manager and the Client Service Team, the Programme Coordinator will be responsible for the set-up and administration of key client programmes.

Key tasks include supporting national course scheduling and implementation of programmes, making and communicating changes in a timely way, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all elements are delivered.

This role would suit someone with the ability to work across multiple complex work-streams, with excellent prioritisation and communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

·To create wall-planners and course plans based on scheduled courses to ensure both the internal team and external clients can view programme activity at a glance

·To ensure courses are set up in a timely manner, e.g. At least 6 months in advance of programme start dates

·To ensure any changes to scheduled courses are agreed and communicated to all stakeholders in a timely manner

·To liaise with the Senior Client Services Executive and Service Delivery Manager regarding the course set-up process to assist in the creation of a workflow planner for the wider team

·To liaise with internal departments and regional centres to coordinate and set up computer based exam sittings (CBAs)

·Responsibility and ownership for all external student communications

·Working closely with Programme Manager to review programme activity and suggest future changes and improvements

·To update documentation relating to client pathways and programmes

Role requirements

·Highly computer literate, with advanced Microsoft Excel

·Critical thinking – ability to identify errors in data and ensure accuracy of information

·High level of organisational skills, undertaking complex activities to tight deadlines

·Excellent attention to detail

·Excellent planning skills, able to create high level and detailed plans

·Excellent communication skills: verbal and written

·Ability to work independently whilst contributing to the immediate and wider team

·Proactive and professional attitude to work

·Experience of working to KPIs and SLAs in a commercial environment (desirable)

·Knowledge of BPP product range (desirable)

·Experience within the education/training sector (desirable)
