About Redstone Search:
Our consultants focus on providing Front and Middle office search solutions to a wide variety of Trading Houses, Producers, Majors, Utilities, Merchants, Hedge Funds, Investment Banks and Brokerages.

The role:
As a growing, entrepreneurial and ambitious company, we are looking for an intelligent and hard-working recruitment administrator who can help build Redstone Commodity Search into the leading provider of search solutions to the commodities industry.

Roles and responsibilities:
• Work closely with our business director to achieve joint recruitment targets
• Resource, network and find candidates for vacancies using different databases and search tools
• Assess, qualify and headhunt candidates over the phone
• Learn to become an expert in a niche commodities market and use different techniques to map out competitors and market outlooks
• Arrange candidate interviews and follow-ups
• Administrative tasks include: CV formatting/preparation, writing interview preps and managing Excel spreadsheets

Skills required:
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, demanding work environment
• Strong analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Outlook)
• As an international recruitment agency, additional spoken languages would be an advantage

Personal qualities desired:
• Interested in pursuing a career into work in recruitment
• Friendly persona with a sense of humour
• Highly organised, detail orientated with a strong ability to prioritise for effective time management

Entry requirements
• Five GCSE grades C – A* (or 4-9), including Maths and English


Included in qualification
  1. Training on the 15 month Standard Level 3 Business Administrator (BA3) apprenticeship.
  2. Being a WhiteHat apprentice means access to awesome social events, sports teams, insight/career days with other apprentices to grow your network, as well as your own personal Coach who will guide you through the qualification to help you achieve your full potential.
  3. As part of your WhiteHat Apprenticeship, you will have access to our Future Leaders Foundation modules to develop 6 key competencies, underpinned by well-being, self-awareness, motivation, conscientiousness, effectiveness and grit.
What's next:

After your Business Administration apprenticeship progress into HR, Recruitment, Sales, Marketing & PR, Real Estate, Personal Assistant, Office Management, Business Management. Most of the above can be completed in a higher-level qualification.
