We are seeking a Trainee Recruitment Specialist to join the Actuarial Recruitment Team.

The Actuarial Practice is our flagship business area, which falls within our Insurance Division.

We currently have opportunities for individuals to take ownership of single or multiple verticals/markets across all actuarial business areas.

  • In this role, you’ll be responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary or permanent positions within our client companies. 
  • You will build relationships with clients to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements.
  • You will attract candidates via advertising, networking, headhunting and through referrals. You will also screen candidates, interview them and match them to clients.
  • You will provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities.
