My client is on a mission to reduce the spend for Schools on short-term absences with supply teachers. With the current model nearly exclusively reliant on agencies that often charge a massive commission and can be terribly inefficient (everything is paper and phone-call based).
The business is looking at consolidating that analogue, fragmented, and inefficient marketplace onto a digital platform – Think Uber for supply teachers and during this process, they’ll pull hundreds of millions of waste out of the education system and have a huge positive impact on teachers and schools.
They are well funded by high-profile investors, have had a significant early transaction, and are led by start-ups veteran behind two of London’s most prominent tech companies.
This role will play a significant role in the development of the company with a key focus on expanding the business’ volume of teachers by finding, onboarding and retaining those individuals on their network. This role will grow with you and thus there is a chance for quick progression in the role.
Training & Development:
Relevant on the job training will be provided to bring the successful candidate up to speed. You will have exposure to lots of key projects within the business and will be given the help and support to achieve your career goals within the company.
Salary: £22,000 - £26,000
