Sales Development Representative

The client is a London-based PropTech start-up. It has just gone through its second round of funding and is now backed by a top tier accelerator programme and £500 thousand of funding.

So, who are the client? It’s the UK’s leading big data analysis platform for residential property professionals. Enabling property developers, agents and investors to identify trends, risks and opportunities in the market.

The role:

They are seeking a Sales Development Representative with a passion for residential real estate and technology who wants to be a part of their foundational team.

This entry to mid-level sales role allows a new employee to make immediate contributions to the company while working their way towards a full-quota carrying Sales Executive position. You will work closely with the CEO & CRO as you help them create a pipeline of opportunities through creative outbound strategies.


  • Figure out how to track down decision makers in the property industry using creative methods.
  • Qualify and disqualify leads when appropriate.
  • Maintain all activity and account research using
  • Work closely with the demand generation marketer to identify customer stories from all of the conversations you have with our customers.

Essential Role Requirements:

  • You have 6 to 12 months of sales or customer experience (tech would be nice).
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You enjoy engaging with prospective clients on the phone and are comfortable adapting to a multitude of audiences.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment with an ever-evolving product.
  • You have an interest in real estate and how technology can directly influence and grow a business.
  • You want to have a direct impact on shaping the growth of a company.
  • You see yourself continuing to grow in a sales capacity, earning more responsibility as you create opportunity for the company.

Training and Development:

They are looking for employees who can evolve alongside their business. By joining the company in its early stages, you’ll become a key member of the team and will have a say in the future growth and direction of the company. This role could lead in a number of direction, from managing your own team to working as an Account Executive.
