  • From £24,000 to £25,000 per annum

MVF was started in 2009 by 5 friends with the sole aim of transforming how businesses find new customers (in a nutshell, customer generation). We believe in growth - not just growth for our clients, but growth for MVF and the amazing people that make us who we are. To help accelerate this growth, we’re looking for the very best to jump on board.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be responsible for managing the numerous conversations we’re having with our target audiences across a multitude of global brands. You’re the go-to person for all social media management across the team and the curator of kick-ass content. You understand audience personas and love using data to identify trends. You’ll be responsible for finding the right solutions for a range of challenges and showing users the right message - all whilst feeding into the commercial and creative strategies of the wider Paid Social Team!

You’ll be joining our Paid Social team, a division with a strong culture of creativity and analytical thought. You will also gain the opportunity to work with individuals across biddable and the wider business. With almost half a billion impressions a month, you’ve probably seen our ads and brands somewhere around the internet!

That means you will:

  • Be writing creative and engaging posts that help build strong brand images across Facebook and Instagram
  • Manage two-way communication with the Facebook community by responding to comments and messages on our Facebook ads and pages.
  • Map out audience personas and link to wider social media strategy
  • Use reporting tools and analysis of user messages to inform messaging in our adverts.
  • Be building dynamic, trustworthy and engaging brands with relevant brand voices for both B2B and B2C products.
  • Generate revenue through effective management of user queries and engaging organic posts.

You’ll love this role if:

  • You love all things social media and have previous experience managing social accounts.
  • You have great communication skills and can empathise with a wide range of people.
  • You love analysing data to identify trends, spot opportunities and build an action plan off the back of this.

  • You’re happy to work collaboratively across a number of different teams and love achieving results together.
  • You have a commercial flair - you understand the importance of business and can see how your role fits into our wider company goals.
  • You’re a problem solver, relish challenges and enjoy seeing projects through to see the results.
  • You love being given responsibility and relish working autonomously
