Technical Support Analyst - Graduate

Overview

With offices in London (HQ), France, Hong Kong & Shanghai, we specialises in providing Cost Recovery, Print Management, Less Paper and Collaboration & File Sharing software to the Professional Services industry worldwide.

We are looking for an energetic technical graduate to join our Professional Services team to support our software solutions portfolio within the UK professional services market, mainly Law & Accountancy firms.

If successful you will receive full training on the solutions we provide to our clients.

Role

  • Logging support calls from clients
  • Provide technical support onsite & remotely to our clients
  • Installation & upgrade of software and hardware at existing clients

Requirements

  • Educated to degree level, preferably in IT
  • IT work experience will be an advantage
  • Work experience in a customer service environment will be an advantage
  • Must be able and willing to travel throughout the UK when required
  • Strong academic background
  • Be creative, intelligent and flexible
