The role is candidate focused and involves building relationships in specific candidate communities. This includes conducting telephone screenings, face to face interviews, testing, networking for referrals, market research and headhunting candidates. You will also be involved in briefing candidates for interviews, managing the feedback process and negotiating / closing offers leading to successful placements.

You will be competitive, ambitious, career minded and money motivated.
Above all, candidates should match our own core values of being professional, honest, team orientated and able to deliver.
